At Era Furniture, we value customer satisfaction and understand that preferences can change. That’s why we allow returns for certain products within a short window.

Return Conditions:

• Furniture items that are unused and in good condition, and returned within 7–10 working days of purchase.

• This return option is provided to respect the buyer’s right to reconsider without bearing a heavy financial burden.

• A 10% service charge will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

• Fabric-based and upholstered furniture items are not eligible for return under this policy.

• Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice.

ইরা ফার্নিচার ক্রেতাদের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দেয় এবং আমরা বুঝি যে পছন্দ বদলাতেও সময় লাগতে পারে। তাই নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সীমিত সময়ে রিটার্নের সুযোগ রাখছি।

রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী:

• কোনো অব্যবহৃত ও ভালো অবস্থার আসবাবপত্র ক্রয়ের ৭-১০ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে রিটার্ন করা যাবে।

• এটি আপনার মতামত পরিবর্তনের অধিকারকে সম্মান জানিয়ে নির্ধারিত হয়েছে, যাতে আপনি অর্থনৈতিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হন।

• এই ক্ষেত্রে মোট ক্রয়মূল্যের উপর ১০% সার্ভিস চার্জ কেটে রাখা হবে।

• ফ্যাব্রিক বা কুশনযুক্ত (upholstered) ফার্নিচার এই নীতির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

• রিটার্ন করার সময় অবশ্যই মূল চালান/রশিদ দেখাতে হবে

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received in good condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Any service charges or deductions (such as the 10% service charge on eligible returns) will be applied before the refund is issued.

• Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
