    Your product comes with a 1-year free service warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover glass, fabric, rexin, or termite damage. After the initial year, paid service options will be available.

    Furniture Care Information

    Stain & Moisture Protection

    • Wipe spills immediately with a soft cloth.
    • For wood, use a slightly damp soft cloth, then dry gently.
    • Lift, don’t drag, furniture when moving it.

    Sun & Temperature Control

    • Keep furniture out of direct sunlight.
    • Control room humidity and temperature.

    Chemical & Product Use

    • Avoid placing chemical products directly on wood.
    • Don’t place rubber, cork, vinyl, or plastic items directly on wood; use protective layers.
    • Use padding under hot or cold items (e.g., laptops).

    Termite & Fungi Prevention

    • Avoid damp places for furniture.
    • Ensure good sunlight and airflow.
    Warranty
    • Enjoy peace of mind with our 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and material faults. Please note, this warranty excludes damage from improper use or regular wear and tear.
    Exchange and Return
    • Exchange policy : You can exchange furniture in good condition within 3 days of purchase. A 5% service charge applies. This policy doesn’t cover customized, “set broken,” or fabric products.
    • Return-Refund policy : Furniture can be returned for a refund within 3 days if it’s in good condition. A 10% service charge will be deducted from your refund. This policy is not applicable to customized, “set broken,” or fabric products.
